(Warm, 60 minutes)
Our most relaxing class. This Restorative and Yin-based class uses little movement and longer-held poses to calm the nervous system and achieve a deeper stretch. Whether you are looking for more mobility to access advanced poses, or you are working through minor injuries, come let the candlelit room and soothing music lull you into a peaceful, quiet, and grateful ST8. Get Present. Get focused. Get STILL.

Our signature class. Set to energizing music that gives practitioners of all levels a great stretch, increased strength, and a good sweat. Amp it up or turn it down as needed. Flow. Stretch. Breathe. Find your ST8.

Flows like ST8, stretches like STILL. Our slowest and chillest flow great for beginners to advanced practitioners. Get your head right and stretch it out in this amazingly relaxing flow.

First half ST8. Second half STILL. You’re welcome.

Hotter’n ST8. Slower’n SWEAT. This class is the ultimate slow burn to build strength and challenge yourself into deeper variations of postures.

Our most challenging workshop style class. Take on more advanced poses, breathwork and focus. This class is designed for practitioners looking to strengthen their practice and grow a deeper awareness within themselves. Courage up. Let’s. Get. STRONG.

Burn, burn, and more burn. A dynamic resistance workout using your own body weight. Set to upbeat music, this class offers a combination of TRX, band work, floor work, and sheer energy to get your heart pumping. So let yoga go and just SLAY it!
